The New Libation Orchestra is a collective based out of New Orleans which features drummers Kevin O’Day and Steve Riechlen, bassist Chris Arenas, keyboardist Brian Coogan, guitarist Jeff Raines, saxophonists Ben Ellman and Brent Rose, trumpeter Eric Lucero and DJ Quickie Mart, . The group has also hosted other musicians from the NOLA music scene such as Rich Vogel, Joe Cabrol, John Bagnato, Craig Klien and Ernie Vincent. The group's music takes elements of soul-jazz, funk and more, following the traditions of the leaders of this music from the late 60's and 70's.
